Open to undergraduate students from 30+ premier institutes across India. Teams must consist of 2 to 5 members, and all participants must have registered on the Unstop platform before the registration deadline.

Your final submission must contain exactly these four items. Submissions missing either transcript.txt or submission.json will not be evaluated.
Transcript.txtTranscripts of all sessions, using original audio file names as identifiers (e.g. file.mp3 : text). Transcripts must only contain lowercase alphabetical letters and spaces — no punctuation, numbers or special characters.
submission.jsonA single JSON file with the complete analysis for all subjects combined. It must strictly follow the prescribed format from the official template.
Source Code (.py)All Python scripts used in your solution. If models were trained or fine-tuned, include only the training scripts — not weights or datasets.
READMEClear instructions to run the code: Python version, virtual environment usage, required packages (pytorch, transformers, etc.) and installation commands.

Who can participate in Innov8 4.0?
Students currently enrolled in undergraduate programs at 30+ partner institutes across India — including the IITs, NITs, BITS campuses, IIITs, IISc, DTU, NSUT, GGSIPU, PEC, TIET, UPES and more (see the full list above). Teams of 2 to 5 members are eligible.
Is registration still open?
No. Registration has officially closed. All registered teams should attend the Orientation on 4th September — timings and joining links have been shared with team leads.
What is the theme of the hackathon?
Full Stack Development. Teams will design, build and deploy complete web applications — frontend, backend, database and deployment — solving real-world problem statements.
How do I access the problem statement and rulebook?
The problem statement and rulebook for the prelims have been released on Unstop. Scroll down to the attachments section on the event page to download them.
What are we submitting and in what format?
A single ZIP file containing: Transcript.txt, submission.json, all Python source files, and a README with run instructions. Submissions missing either transcript.txt or submission.json will not be evaluated. Evaluation is done only on the official evaluation set.

Is the event offline?
